Candles Recharge Delivery & Policy Information: Candles Recharge Delivery Information: Once your order has been recieved please allow 1-3 Days for processing & packaging. On receipt of your order I will email you to say I have it & it's being processed. Once your order has been sent by my logistics company I will email you with your tracking number, unless otherwise arranged we will send all our orders by either FEDEX or EMS which once sent can take between 6-10* working days to arrive. If you have an urgent order or time specific delivery date please email or call us prior to ordering to check that we are able to meet your deadline, as a rule we need at least 4-5days notice to get an item to you via express, because I have a logistics company looking after my deliveries next/ two/ three day turnaround is not possible. *For remote areas please note that it may take longer then the times suggested for your order to reach you due to where you are located. If you have any questions or special requests please don't hesitate to send us an email or give us a call during business hours, Monday through Friday. Candles Recharge Exchange/Refund Policy: We DO NOT refund or exchange products for change of mind, all photo's are as colour accurate as possible & descriptions are as accurate as possible. Our rechargeable candles can NOT be charged on another brands charger and vice versa for their candle's on our charger.
